1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the MayoMD website or utilizing our educational consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with our registration or admission advisory services.

2. Scope of Advisory Services

MayoMD operates as an authorized education consultancy for foreign government medical universities. Our scope of service includes:

• Providing authentic counseling regarding medical university curricula, tuition structures, and hostel facilities.
• Processing student applications and securing official university admission/invitation letters.
• Assisting with student visa documentation, MEA apostille verification, and embassy appointments.
• Coordinating student travel, airport receptions, hostel room assignments, and Indian mess onboarding.

3. Eligibility & Student Responsibilities

Students applying for foreign MBBS / MD programs through MayoMD must ensure that:

• They meet the minimum academic criteria (e.g., 50%+ in PCB for General category, NEET qualification status as required by NMC guidelines).
• All mark sheets, passports, and medical certificates submitted are genuine and legally valid.
• They comply with the rules, academic regulations, and local laws of the host university and country.

4. University Fees & Payments

All official university tuition fees, hostel fees, and medical insurance charges are paid directly to the university's designated official bank account or upon arrival on campus as per university policy. MayoMD maintains transparent fee disclosures with zero hidden charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

While MayoMD makes every effort to ensure timely admission processing and visa issuance, final admission decisions rest solely with university rectorates, and visa approvals rest with the respective embassy/consulate authorities. MayoMD is not liable for visa delays or rejections resulting from government policy changes or student misrepresentation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, text, graphics, university guides, and custom media—is the exclusive property of MayoMD and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
